Of
all the sad news that come out of Iran, this one really devastated me.
The student in this picture is Yousef Rashidi.
He has been sentenced to
death for holding a sign during a demonstration against Mahmoud
Ahmadinejad's visit to Amir Kabir University.
The sign that he held
reads: “fascist president you're not welcome at Polytechnic University,”
and Yousef is
now awaiting execution. His only crime is holding a sign.
